Refund Policy
Eligibility
Students may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of enrollment, provided they have completed less than 20% of the course content.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email cwc@joticle.com with your name, email address, and the course you would like refunded. Please include your order confirmation number if available.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after 7 calendar days from enrollment
- More than 20% of course content has been completed
- Courses obtained through scholarship or promotional programs
- Certificate programs after certificate has been issued
